Please note if you are in a country or area that is legal to cultivate, we recommend using the following germination method:
Important: Do not plant seeds directly in the ground or soil. In order to properly germinate, the plants need oxygen. Planting directly in the ground or soil may cause the seeds to rot before germination.
*Please note: If you choose to germinate your seeds outside of this recommended method, we are not able to cover any failed germination seeds under our germination policy coverage. Please reach out to our Customer Support team for any questions or issues by emailing Support@seedsman.com
If you are in a country where germination is legal, and have a problem with germination, please get in touch and we will endeavour to resolve the issue. Any reported issue will be forwarded to the Breeder, who will then judge each issue on a case by case basis.
In order to resolve your issue we will need to know the following:
✓ Your order number
✓ How many of which strain(s) failed to germinate
✓ The method used to germinate
✓ Any supporting photos
Please contact us using our contact form ensuring you select under What are you enquiring about? - "An existing order I have placed" and under What would you like to know about your order? - "I have a problem with the seeds".
In the description enter the number of seeds of each strain that failed to germinate. Please ensure you have tried all the seeds from that order before submitting your ticket. Alternatively, you can contact us via live chat or telephone during open hours.
Please note, we are not able to help those who choose to germinate in countries/states where it is illegal to do so.
We can only assist with germination issues reported within 60 days of the original order being placed
