What happens if my order arrives damaged?



If by any chance you receive an item in your order that seems faulty or damaged, we're here to help! Just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide us with some photos showing the issue and the damaged seeds themselves.

We want to make sure you get the best experience, so please keep in mind that for seeds damaged during transit, we can only offer replacements if your order is insured. Make sure to check if this option is available in your country!
