Yes, we accept refunds and returns for an order that meets the following restrictions:
In accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, please notify us before you send goods back.
Returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, they should be returned using a tracked and signed delivery service - we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.
Goods must be:
1. Returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
2. Unused and in their original packaging. (We will not refund seed packets that have been opened or damaged.)
3. Accompanied by your name and order number
