Can I return a product for a refund?

We're happy to accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

In accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, please notify us before you send goods back.

Returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We recommend all returns be sent back using a tracked and signed delivery service - unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for returns that go missing in transit.

For a smooth return experience, please ensure that items are:

1. Returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.

2. Unused, and in their original packaging. (We can't refund seed packets that have been opened or damaged.)

3. Accompanied by your name and order number


**Please note, there is a small card processing fee for returns equal to 5% of the total order value.**
