Why did I receive an email asking me to enter a password?


If you have raised a support ticket or emailed support@seedsman.com for the first time, we'll send you an e-mail asking you to verify your email address by clicking a special link.

When you click on the link you will also be asked to enter a password to register your Support Center account.

With a Seedsman Support Center account you will be able to view the history of your support requests as well as securely upload attachments.

After you have verified your email, your message will be delivered to our support team.
