Understanding USPS Label Creation and Shipping Delays During the Holiday Season
Dear Valued Customer,
We understand that you're eager to receive your shipment, and we want to provide clarity on the USPS label creation process and potential delays during the holiday season.
USPS Label Creation Process
When you receive a notification that your shipment's status shows "USPS label created," it indicates that our team has packed your order and it is waiting for collection from USPS. This occurs daily around 4 pm (Chicago time). If they fail to collect our team delivers orders to the Post Office. Once it's in their possession, they manage the handling, routing, and delivery of your package.
Internal Scanning Processes
While we strive to ensure swift delivery, the internal scanning and processing of packages within the USPS network are managed by their systems and operational timelines. Unfortunately, we do not have direct control over these internal processes once the package is within the USPS network. This may cause a delay in updated tracking information reflecting the current status of your shipment.
Holiday Season Delays
Especially during the holiday season, the volume of shipments processed by the national postage service significantly increases. This surge in packages may lead to a slight delay in the scanning and delivery process. Rest assured, USPS is working diligently to manage this increased workload and deliver your package as swiftly as possible.
What You Can Do
While we understand waiting can be frustrating, please allow for additional time for your package to be scanned and delivered during this busy period. You can continue tracking your shipment through the provided tracking number for updates on its status within the USPS network.
Should you have any concerns or if there are significant delays beyond the usual timeframe, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We're here to assist you and ensure the successful delivery of your package.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this holiday season. We appreciate your trust in our services and remain committed to delivering your package to you as quickly as possible.
Sincerely,
