We currently process and ship orders within 5 working days. (However, during busy periods this may be slightly longer)
If you have paid for your order but have not received an update, you can find out whether it has been shipped by going to the 'My Account' and checking the status.

If you have been sent tracking details & tracked your order and the maximum delivery time (below) has been reached, please get in touch with us to investigate further.
We will not consider re-sending a missing parcel until this maximum time has been reached.

|Europe||3 - 14 working days||Delivery times to Bulgaria, Russia and the Ukraine are nearer the maximum delivery times.|
|USA||18-25 working days||Orders are shipped within 3 days of placing but your tracking email may not be sent until it has been sent via USPS. This may take 2-3 weeks.|
|Worldwide||5 - 35 working days||Extended delays on parcels arriving in Brazil. Some orders are currently taking up to 40- 50 working days to arrive|
