Order delays

We are currently experiencing delays of between 2 and 3 days in shipping orders.

We are working as fast as we can to reduce this backlog whilst at the same time maintaining the highest quality and discretion in packaging and shipping.

My order has not been shipped

We currently process and ship orders within 2-3 working days. 

If you have paid for your order but have not received an update, you can find out whether it has been shipped by going to your account and checking the status.

Sometimes you may have not received tracking details. These can be found using the button below.

If you believe you have placed an order but haven't received any email confirmation, please head over to your account where you can find its current status.

My order has been shipped

To track your order, please use the buttons below along with your tracking number. Airmail parcels cannot be tracked.

If you have been sent tracking details & tracked your order and the maximum delivery time (below) has been reached, please get in touch with us to investigate further.

We will not consider re-sending a missing parcel until this maximum time has been reached.

Europe 3 - 14 working days Delivery times to Bulgaria, Russia and the Ukraine are nearer the maximum delivery times.
Worldwide 5 - 25 working days Extended delays on parcels arriving in Brazil. Some orders are currently taking up to 40- 50 working days to arrive
