UK Orders:
Same-Day Shipping: Place your order before noon, and we’ll ship it the same day. (Free shipping on orders over €40)
Courier Service: All orders are shipped via our preferred courier. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Local Warehouse: UK orders ship directly from our UK warehouse.
Note: For tracked shipping, delivery confirmation is considered final. If there’s a dispute, please contact the carrier for resolution.

Important Notice About Forwarding and Shipping Companies:
- Direct Delivery: Please use your final destination as the delivery address. We’ll send your order in discreet packaging.
- No Forwarding: Orders addressed to forwarding or shipping companies may have seeds destroyed or removed. Orders to the USA, UK, or EU are not sent in stealth packaging. Once delivered by USPS, Royal Mail, or any other shipping company, the order is deemed complete. Insurance on these orders will be invalidated.
- Third-Party Shipping: Orders suspected of using third-party shipping companies will be canceled, and we reserve the right to block future orders from those customers.
