FAQ's for European Union Orders:

What payment methods are available:

To facilitate a seamless shopping experience, we offer various payment methods for EU orders. Choose from the following options:

- Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards for secure and straightforward transactions.

- Bitcoin: For cryptocurrency enthusiasts, we offer the option to pay with Bitcoin!
- Cash
- Cheque

Shipping information for EU orders:

All EU orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed and payment received (minimum spend for free shipping is €80 EU).

All Orders are shipped via our preferred courier.  Confirmation of dispatch will be notified to you via email and will contain the tracking number with the estimated date of delivery.

Orders to EU customers are shipped directly within the EU from our Spanish warehouse.

 *Please be aware that part of the Tracked shipping service, delivery confirmation is considered final, and in the case of any dispute you will need to direct this to the carrier for resolution.

Important notice regarding the use of forwarding and shipping companies

When placing an order, it is imperative that you use your final destination as the delivery address, and we will send the order in discrete packaging.

If you address your order to a forwarding/shipping company to forward on, your seeds will be destroyed or removed. Orders sent to USA, UK or EU will not be sent in stealth packaging, and any order showing as delivered by USPS, Royal Mail or any other shipping company we use will be deemed complete. If you take insurance on your order this will be invalidated.

Any orders suspected of being sent via a third party shipping company will be cancelled and we reserve the right to block any future orders for that customer.
