Shipping Information for EU Orders:

All EU orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of placing your order and receiving payment. (Free shipping on orders over €75 EU)

  • Courier Service: Your order will be shipped via our trusted courier. You'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.
  • Local Dispatch: EU orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Spain.

Note: With tracked shipping, delivery confirmation is considered final. If you have any issues, please contact the carrier for resolution.

Important Notice About Forwarding and Shipping Companies:

  • Direct Delivery: Make sure to use your final destination as the delivery address. We'll discreetly package and send your order.
  • No Forwarding: Orders addressed to forwarding or shipping companies may result in seeds being destroyed or removed. We don't use stealth packaging for orders to the USA, UK, or EU. Once delivered by USPS, Royal Mail, or any other carrier, the order is considered complete. Insurance on these orders will be void.
  • Third-Party Shipping: Orders suspected of using third-party shipping companies will be canceled, and we reserve the right to block future orders from those customers.
