If the status of your order is cancelled, we have either not received your bank/wire transfer or we do not have all of the necessary details to process the transfer.
If your transfer has been processed, we will send you an email confirming this.
We will also send you an email if we haven't received your transfer.
If you do not get in contact with us after being told that we have yet to receive your bank transfer, our system will automatically cancel your order.
Confirm your payment
It is essential that you contact us when you first send your payment so that we can keep your order on-hold.
Your order will be assigned statuses at each step of it's journey through our system. You can view these statuses by finding the order in your account.
