My Card has been over-charged


We apologise unreservedly if your card has been overcharged, however please note that there may be a small charge added to non-Euro international payments.

Please also check the currency of your order, we apologise for this not being more obvious on our page but you can select your currency from the drop-down box at the top right of our home page


If this does not explain the over-charge, please submit a support request using the button below and include your order number and a screenshot of your statement confirming the overcharge.
