My seeds haven't germinated - what shall I do?


If you are in a legal country and have a problem with germination, please get in touch and we will endeavour to resolve the issue. Any reported issue will be forwarded to the Breeder, who will then judge each issue on a case by case basis.

In order to resolve your issue we will need to know the following:

✓ Your order number

✓ How many of which strain(s) failed to germinated

✓ The method used to germinate

✓ Any supporting photos

If you have already raised a ticket about this, you can update with the above information by responding to the acknowledgement email you will have received.

If you haven't raised a ticket yet, please contact us using our contact form ensuring you select under What are you enquiring about? - "An existing order I have placed" and under What would you like to know about your order? - "I have a problem with the seeds".

In the description enter the number of seeds of each strain that failed to germinate. Please ensure you have tried all the seeds from that order before submitting your ticket.



Please note, we are not able to help those who choose to germinate in countries/states where it is illegal to do so.

***We can only assist with germination issues reported within 90 days of the original order being placed***

Please note any replacement seeds offered will be from our Seedsman branded range
