Can I change my delivery address?


To avoid fraud, or using addresses that go against our agreed terms (e.g. freight forwarding companies), we require the delivery address to be the same as the billing address. Once an order has been placed we are not able to make any changes to it.

However, if you have made an error on your delivery address, please get in touch within 24 hours.

Once your order is sent to our packaging team, we are unable to make any changes.
