My order arrived with no seeds in the package


If your order arrives and has visibly been stopped by customs you will need to keep proof of this and send an image of it to us.

Once received, we can then resend the order for you, if your order was covered by our delivery insurance.

Your package will contain either a letter from customs or green tape around the package, marked Ministry of Agriculture, or both.

We will need to see photographic evidence of this before we can resend your order so please do not discard this before you have contacted us  or we will not be able to re-send your order.
