All orders are normally processed and delivered to you within 18 business days of being placed and payment received (However, during busy periods this may be slightly longer).
What stage is my order at?
At any time you can check on the latest stage of your order by going to the 'My Account' and checking the status.
Your order's journey
Once payment has been received; your order will be passed to our warehouse team who will put the order together and carefully package it for onward transit as part of a larger batch of orders to our Local Shipping Depot in the USA (Transit time to our local shipping depot can vary but is normally 7 business days).
On receipt at our Local Shipping Depot, the team will complete their final quality checks before releasing your order and dispatching via USPS.
You will receive confirmation of dispatch via email along with tracking information (if you have purchased that shipping method).
Shipping Methods Available
Economy - None Tracked - Orders are shipped via USPS. Confirmation of dispatch will be notified to you via email. There will be no tracking information available.
Economy - Tracked - Orders are shipped via USPS using their tracked service. Confirmation of dispatch will be notified to your via email and will contain the tracking number with estimated date of delivery.
If you have paid for your order but have not received an update after 18 business days, you can find out whether it has been shipped by going to the 'My Account' and checking the status.
