We consider all delivery tracking information provided by the carrier to be final.

If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, then this must be directed to the carrier responsible. We will of course provide any supporting information that you require.

Please note that if your shipping information contained errors such as incorrect zip/post code then this may invalidate any insurance that you may have taken when placing your order and we would not be able to provide any replacement or refund.
