On Monday, 11/13/23, we upgraded our rewards system by converting all store credit into Reward Points. You can use these points on your next order. Just select the amount you want to apply on the checkout page, right next to the delivery selection step. Here’s an example image to help you find the Reward Points section:
- Customers in the USA, UK, and EU earn 1 point for every $/£/€1 spent.
- 50 Points = $1
- 50 Points = £1
- 50 Points = €1
- 2.5 Points = ZAR1
- Redemption Limit: Reward Points can be used to cover 100% of an order's total (excluding shipping, tax, and insurance).
- Promotional Use: Points can be applied to promotional offers as well.
- Expiration Policy: Reward Points remain valid for 2 years from the date they are earned.
- Partial Use: You can apply all your points to an order, but only the necessary amount will be deducted—any remaining balance stays in your account.
- Checking Your Balance: Your total Reward Points balance can be found in the Loyalty Rewards section of your logged-in account.
