We keep will keep your order open long enough for the payment to arrive, and once processed your order status will change and you'll be notified.

Normally we will allocate payments within 2 days of arriving with us. Around the holidays it can take a little longer.

If your order status has not changed in over 6 working days from then please get in contact letting us know

✓ Date payment sent

✓ Payment method

✓ Any name that would have been on the payment

If a payment isn't allocated automatically this will most likely be because the order number is incorrect or missing. If the payment amount is incorrect we will get in touch with you
