All orders are processed and delivered to you as quickly as possible- your order will only start to move through our system once paid, during busy periods this may take slightly longer to arrive. We will always work as quickly as possible to get your order to you as soon as possible.

At any time you can check on the latest stage of your order by going to the 'My Account' and checking the status.

Order Statuses Explained 

Your order's journey

Receipt of Payment - Thank you.

Your order will be picked by our team in our Spanish warehouse and packed into a large batch- orders status will be ‘printed’ in your account.

The large batch is then sent to the UK – seeds are double checked and shipped discreetly to the USA- we will send you an automatic email at this point to let you know is has left the UK- after this point we can’t stop or cancel  your order.

Your order will arrive in the USA at one of our packing hubs, we have 4 different locations. Our team here will check, photograph and pack your order into a padded envelope.

Your address label will be generated with your tracking number, this will be automatically emailed to you and parcels are given to USPS Your order should arrive within 3 days of you receiving your tracking number. You do not need to sign for your order and you can track it at USPS.com.

We endeavour to get your order to you within 25 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We are chasing all delayed orders with our shippers daily, but please do email us if you are concerned. 

Shipping Method

USPS First class- Tracked - Orders are shipped via USPS using their tracked service.  Confirmation of dispatch will be notified to your via email and will contain the tracking number with estimated date of delivery- usps.com for tracking
