Using Shop Credit in an Order
During stage 2. Payment of checkout, check the box ‘Use Store Credit’ to apply credit to your order.
If you still have balance owing, please pay using your usual method.
If shop credit covers your whole order, please choose Bank/Wire Transfer or Zelle as the method. This will ensure our system doesn’t automatically cancel your order or shop credit.
As soon as you have placed your order and shop credit has been used, please Submit a Support Request to let our team know so we can ensure your order is correctly fulfilled and isn’t held up.
