If you have any problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible.
While we cannot guarantee viability of seeds, we will endeavour to send replacements where possible and if an insured order does not arrive first time we will resend the order for free.
Please note we must be informed of any issues within 90 days of the order being placed. If your order is insured and has not arrived you will need to inform us within 90 days of ordering (NB please allow sufficient time before claiming; see minimum delivery times for your region).
If you have a problem after 90 days, let us know anyway and we'll try to help where we can.
