If you come across any problems with our site such as not being able to place an order we'll do what we can to investigate and make fixes or improvements where we required.
In order to help us quickly diagnose any problems we would suggest checking our troubleshooting list before raising a ticket:
- Is your browser up to date? Always have the latest version of your browser installed if possible as older versions may not work with our website
- Is your operating software up to date?
- Are you using an old device? It may not support updates so the website won't work
- Ensure you have cleared your cookies and cache
- Ensure pop-ups are allowed (disable any pop-up blockers)
- Have you created an account and logged into it
- Is your selected country correct?
- Is your delivery address correct?
- Are you trying to purchase seeds that are not available in your region?
- Is your order spend too high? If your subtotal is €2400 or more you will not be able to complete your order
- Are you trying to use a payment method that's not available in your country?
- Are you using a phone or tablet? Please try using a desktop or laptop computer
If after checking this list please get in touch on our web form and provide as much information as you can, and include screen recordings or screen shots where possible so we can try to replicate the problem
