We are always striving to improve our website, and don’t always get it right but the feedback we receive is vital to fixing any issues.
Naturally if you have any problem using our website, we’d like to know about it and the more information you can provide the quicker we can resolve issues or make improvements.
If you provide an example of a problem you’re experiencing to our support centre as a screen video, we will add 100 Green Points to your account (please ensure you’ve tried basic checks as listed in this article). If we can identify and are able to fix a problem or implement an improvement based on your feedback, we will add a further 500 Green Points to your account.

By submitting screen shots and recordings in return for Green Points you agree to the following terms:
Feedback must be provided only by the account holder using the same email address.
Points are awarded per issue raised, rather than per video sent.
Feedback videos must be sent to Customer Support using our online form (link below)
Points will be added by one of our Customer Service representatives and you will receive confirmation through your support ticket.
